Precious Moments

Tucked in the mid-south city of Memphis, TN, is a place unlike any other pediatric treatment and research facility. That place is St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®, founded by the late entertainer Danny Thomas.   Discoveries made there have completely changed how the world treats children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases. It is one of the world’s premier centers for the research and treatment of pediatric cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases. St. Jude is the first and only pediatric cancer center to be designated as a Comprehensive Cancer Center by the National Cancer Institute.   As Precious Moments® enters our second year of partnership with St. Jude, we are proud to introduce our 2010 St. Jude Commemorative figurine, “Never Let Go Of Hope,” the second in our line of figurines created to honor and support this hospital. Ten percent of the retail price of this piece will directly benefit St. Jude to help in their quest to save the lives of children suffering from these frightening diseases.
