TERMS:Please provide a UPS STREET ADDRESS for your items to be shipped to. Shipping to your place of business is fine. We will ship SMALL orders to Postal Boxes.. but will NOT ship LARGE orders due to high shipping costs... NEW Shipping charges within the Continental United States are as follows.. Due to the higher cost to ship to the West and East Coasts shipping charges will be slightly higher and will show up in the shopping cart:
We ship collectibles all over the World. If you are outside the Continental United States, shipping cost is based entirely on the weight of the package. Overseas orders are typically shipped by Airmail with their value declared and insured unless otherwise requested. If you are located within Missouri you will have to pay Missouri Sales Tax. Be sure to watch for SPECIAL SALES in the various collectible locations! Payment can be made by PAYPAL, Credit Card, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Personal Check. Personal Checks will be deposited and your purchase will be held until the check clears the bank.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS PURCHASED.. NO EXCEPTIONS. If items are received damaged an insurance claim will be filed with the delivery carrier (UPS or Postal Service). Once the carrier acknowledges fault, you will be promptly reimbursed or have your order shipped again. Please keep all packing materials and the shipping box until after the claim has been settled. If you dispose of the shipping box and packing materials prior to the claim being settled, you will void your claim, as the shipper often times will need to pick them up prior to settling a claim. If you have a particular collectible that you are interested in and don't see it, please E-MAIL us with your request. *Prices are subject to change without notice. |
Reservation Policy:1. If we are going to place a special bulk order for you, we will now require a 50% non-refundable deposit. No exceptions. I'm sorry, but we have had numerous special orders cancelled after we have placed the orders and paid for the items, only to have the orders cancelled. 2. Please place a SEPARATE ORDER for items that are not currently in stock, and are due out later in the year. We will no longer hold orders for months, that contain items that are not due out until later in the year. If an ORDER comes in that does contain RESERVED items, we will ship what is currently available, and treat the RESERVED items as a SEPARATE ORDER and will ship when they are released by the manufacturer. A SEPARATE SHIPPING CHARGE WILL APPLY. 3. If an order contains an item(s) that are on EXTENDED BACKORDER, that order will be shipped without that item(s). The backordered item(s) will be kept on order and shipped as a separate order once they are released by the manufacturer and delivered to us. A separate shipping charge will apply. 4. Any Layaway Order that is placed is considered a binding order. There will be no cancellations on layaways. If layaway is cancelled by the customer or if the customer fails to respond to requests for payment longer than 3 weeks, they will forfeit any money paid towards that layaway and their order will be cancelled. |
Items that are OUT OF STOCK can be
added to your order. They will be shipped separately if the expected
in-stock date is more than 21 days from the date you place your order.
A separate, smaller shipping charge will apply.
